Hey there, I’m Heather O’Brien.
I know what it’s like to love Jesus and still feel stuck in anxiety, shame, fear, or confusion. For years, I tried to fix it on my own—I prayed, fasted, declared, and served God—but the same struggles kept circling back.
God began teaching me how to hear His voice, uncover the root beneath my struggles, and experience real, lasting freedom.
Now I help Christians do the same through the Heal with God framework—a step-by-step way to identify root issues, hear God clearly, and pray effectively.
This workshop is a safe place to slow down, learn, and let God meet you right where you are—no pressure, no judgment, no performance required.
